I am not a nutritionist, but I can tell you this… following a gluten-free and vegan diet is not so difficult if you visit a well-stocked health food store. If you have a Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s nearby greatly helps. There are a lot of products out there that makes it easier to follow your type of diet. But be mindful not to over do proteins. Proteins are an important part of everyone’s diet, but in excess, no matter if they’re from a vegetable or an animal source, it can lead to many health issues. About 20% of your diet should be composed of proteins, unless instructed by a doctor…
