RED BELL PEPPER SAUCE
1 red bell pepper, cut in pieces 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. It might seem there’s little liquid to blend, but it will. Believe me.
- Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and as soon as it reaches a boil, reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
- Let it cool.
