I am so tired of listening to the bad rap people are giving fruits… Fruits are nature’s fast food. They are full of phytonutrients necessary for our bodies to function properly.
Fruits are the best way to start your day… the best breakfast in my opinion. And a great snack… Let’s give back the good rep to fruits.
YAY I’m so glad someone else shares my love of fruit. With all the recent hype about sugar and fructose, fruit has been getting some negative media 😦 As far as I’m concerned, it tastes great, requires little to no preparation and is packed with important vitamins and minerals! Great post 🙂 x
It’s so true and so difficult to know what to believe! I ate a pear this morning and an apple this afternoon and felt guilty!
